The short version
- Personal details: names, numbers, emails and addresses are removed from every transcript before it’s stored.
- Encryption: data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access: access is based on roles, and each organisation is kept separate from the others.
- Training: your conversations don’t train any model.
- Audits: our security management is independently audited to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and we commission independent penetration tests.
Your data and the DPA
When we process personal data for you, you are the controller and we are the processor, and we act on your documented instructions. See the DPA summary for roles, sub-processors and deletion.
