Manual QA reaches one to five per cent of your conversations. Future Ready scores all of them — on the rubric your team is already measured against, with the exact transcript moment behind every number, so a score becomes something you can act on rather than argue with.

2 / 5 · factual accuracyWhat you get
Every conversation scored, not the sample your QA team had time for.
Each score cites the moment that earned it, so an agent can dispute it.
The criteria your team is measured on, not a vendor's template.
A QA analyst can review maybe five calls per agent per month. On a floor of sixty agents that's a rounding error — one to five per cent of what actually happened, chosen by whoever pulled the list. Every conclusion a manager draws about quality rests on that sliver, and the calls nobody picked stay invisible. Automated scoring removes the sampling problem rather than optimising it: every conversation is graded the same way, against the same criteria, the day it happens. The month's quality picture stops being an estimate and becomes a census.
Quality means something different on a retention desk than it does in first-line support, and no vendor scorecard survives contact with a real team. Future Ready scores against the criteria you already use — discovery, factual accuracy, compliance disclosure, tone and empathy, resolution, call control, or whatever your own framework calls them. Scorecards are configurable per team, so the sales floor and the service desk aren't forced through one lens for the convenience of the tool.
Uncertainty clusters on the sports package: agents hedge with “I think so” instead of confirming the price.1 Strongest on retention calls, and it drove three low factual-accuracy scores this week.2
calls cited
A number with nothing behind it is an argument waiting to happen. Every criterion Future Ready scores links to the transcript moment that produced it: the sentence, the timestamp, the speaker. A coach opens the call at 02:18 and hears what actually happened. An agent who disagrees flags it for human review instead of quietly concluding that QA is arbitrary. Explainability here isn't a compliance checkbox — it's the thing that makes a score usable in a coaching conversation instead of a disciplinary one.
A dashboard tells you a number moved. It rarely tells you why. Ask a question in plain language — “where are agents unsure about pricing?” — and get an answer drawn from the conversations themselves, with every claim cited back to the calls behind it. It reads all of them rather than a sample, so a cluster of three weak conversations surfaces instead of disappearing into an average that looks fine.
Most conversation-intelligence tools were built for English and treat every other language as a translation problem — audio detours through English on its way to a score, and dialect, names and mid-sentence code-switching are lost en route. Future Ready runs its own speech models, tuned on real European calls, and scores each conversation in the language it happened in. Models, transcripts and analysis stay inside the EU from end to end, and raw recordings are processed and then discarded rather than stockpiled.
