AI Studio
Build the AI customers your people practise with.
On this page
AI Studio is where team leads build AI customers. Advisors meet a customer through the exercises it is in, so a customer only reaches your team once you add it to a journey.
Creating an AI customer
- Open AI Studio and choose New AI customer.
- Pick a starting point from the gallery.
- Adjust who the customer is and how they behave.
- Try the call yourself before you use it in a journey.
Starting points
- Describe the customer: write a sentence about who calls and why. AI fills in the fields, and you check every one before you save.
- Start from product knowledge: pick a topic and AI writes three situations from its approved facts. The customer then knows those facts. See Knowledge.
- Or start from a common situation: ready-made fields you adjust to your organisation.
Voice, mood, difficulty and language
- Voice: press play to hear a voice before you pick it.
- Mood: Friendly, Neutral, Challenging or Hostile.
- Difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.
- Customer speaks: Norwegian, Swedish or English. You can’t change it after saving, so make a new AI customer for another language.
You can also set who speaks first, an opening line, the pace of the conversation and how carefully the customer listens.
Test calls
Open a customer and use its test button, which reads Test and the customer’s name, or Test the draft when you have unpublished changes. You talk to the customer in your browser, and the call appears under Test calls.
Fixing what is off
- Open a test call and choose Mark on a line the customer got wrong. Your own lines can’t be marked.
- Say what went wrong, for example Too easy on the advisor or Gave in too early. You can add what the customer should do instead.
- Choose the button that proposes changes from your marks. AI turns them into one edit.
- Read the exact change and which exercises it reaches, then choose Add to draft. If nobody has the customer yet, the button reads Apply to and the customer’s name, and the change applies at once.
You can also describe a change in your own words with Ask for a change.
Live, draft and versions
Changes save to a Draft as you go. Advisors keep the Live version until you publish.
- Publish shows who gets the change from their next call. Calls already in progress finish on the old version. Add a note for the history.
- Discard draft drops your changes.
- Versions lists every published version. Compare one with the current version, or restore it as a draft, which replaces any draft you have. Nothing is deleted from the history.
A customer nobody has been assigned yet changes at once. Publishing is recorded in the activity log.
Tips for a good AI customer
- Base them on a situation your team really meets.
- Give them one clear need or worry.
- Test the call, and change one thing at a time.
