Notifications and settings
Choose which emails you get, and set your language, look and password.
On this page
You hear about new work, results and reminders in the app, and some of them by email. You choose which emails you get.
Your notifications
Open Notifications from the bell, or from Me. Team leads find it in the user menu. It lists everything by day.
- Switch between All and Unread.
- Use All types to filter by kind.
- Choose Mark all as read, or mark or remove one at a time.
At the bottom, Choose what you’re told about takes you to your settings.
Choose your emails
Under Settings, the Notifications table has a row for each kind of message and two switches: App and Email. The Email switch decides which emails you get. Changes save as you make them.
| Kind | What it covers |
|---|---|
| From your team lead | New journeys and exams, changed exam dates, and nudges to practise. |
| Feedback and results | Feedback on your calls, exam results, and step-ups that are ready. |
| Deadlines | When an exam is about to close. |
| Practice reminders | A nudge when your weekly goal is close, and your Monday recap. |
| Account and security | Role and password changes. |
Account and security is always on in the app, so you hear about anything unexpected. You can still turn its email off.
Some messages only come in the app: exam deadlines, changed exam dates, feedback on your calls, ready step-ups and the Monday recap.
The Monday recap
If you have practised in recent weeks, you get a recap of last week every Monday. It tells you whether your goal was met, with your calls and XP, whether a freeze kept your streak, or that a fresh start begins today. You find it in your notifications, labelled Monday recap.
Language and look
Under Settings, choose your Language: English, Norsk or Svenska. The app changes straight away. Each AI customer still speaks the language its practice call is set up in.
Your organisation admin sets a default language for the organisation, but the app opens in your browser’s language until you pick one. You can change yours at any time. See manage your organisation.
Under Appearance, choose Light, Dark or Same as system.
Password and account
Change password takes you to a short form that ticks off the password rules as you type. When you save, you sign in again with the new password.
Your account shows your name, email, phone, organisation and teams. If your teams are wrong, your organisation admin can change them. For anything else, ask them.
