Most quality programmes stop at a number. A call gets a score, the score goes into a dashboard, and there it sits. The number is real, but on its own it’s just a verdict — it never tells the rep what to do differently on the next call, and it never proves the coaching that followed actually worked.

Score every call, in its own language

Conversation Intelligence listens to 100% of calls and scores them against your own rubric — not a generic template. Because our speech models are trained on real Nordic conversations, a Norwegian or Swedish call is understood and scored in that language, never translated into English first and graded on the translation. Every score links back to the exact moment in the call that earned it, so it’s explainable and contestable rather than a black box.

Find the why, then coach it

A score tells you what happened. The next agent in the loop finds why. When a criterion slips — say, factual accuracy on pricing — the coaching agent turns that specific gap into a voice role-play: a persona, a scenario, and a rubric generated from the call that scored low. The rep practises the exact situation they struggled with, out loud, with an AI that pushes back like a real customer and adapts as they improve.

Prove the lift

The loop closes by measuring the same criterion on the calls that follow the coaching. That’s the part most tools can’t do, because their scoring and their training live in separate systems. Here they read the same conversations, so you can point to a gap, the coaching that addressed it, and the movement on the calls afterwards — measured against an untrained-peer baseline, so it’s cause and effect, not a hopeful correlation.
