The optimizer

Let AI suggest one script change at a time for a campaign. Every change passes the Launch Gate before it goes live.

The optimizer reads a campaign’s calls and suggests one change to the script at a time. A change only affects that campaign, because each campaign calls with its own copy of the agent.

Who can use it

Admins turn the optimizer on, choose how changes are made, approve or dismiss them, and undo them. Other members can open the Optimizer tab and read everything, but they can’t change it. If Turn on optimizer isn’t available, the tab says why. Contact Future Ready.

How it works

  1. It reads new calls as they build up.
  2. It suggests one fix when several people ran into the same problem.
  3. The Launch Gate tests the fix. If it passes, the change is applied. If it fails, the optimizer adjusts the change and tests it again. If that fails too, nothing changes.

Turn it on

Open the campaign’s Optimizer tab and choose Turn on optimizer. It starts in Ask me first. Under How changes are made, you can switch between two modes:

  • Ask me first: a suggestion waits for you. You see the calls it came from, with a link to play each one, and the lines it would change. Choose Approve change or Dismiss.
  • Automatic: it makes tested changes on its own.

The Needs you card on Home also shows a campaign with a suggested change. Choose Review the change.

Turn off Optimizer on to stop it. The current script keeps calling.

When a change goes live

An approved change is tested and applied after calling stops. If you choose Apply now, calling pauses while the Launch Gate tests the change. It resumes on its own once the change passes.

A change that fails the test is never applied. The tab says so, and the current script stays.

Check how it went

The tab shows how the current version of the script is doing. Choose Compare other versions to compare each version by conversations, meetings booked, and how many people asked not to be called. History lists reviews, including those that found nothing to change.

If you don’t like a change, choose Undo change. The previous script is put back and tested first. Undoing an automatic change switches the optimizer back to Ask me first.
