Will people know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. When someone answers, the agent opens by saying it is an AI assistant, and this can’t be turned off. It must also say so if someone asks. On voicemail it leaves the standard message, which also says it’s an AI, unless you have changed or removed that message.

Which languages can an agent speak?

Norwegian, Swedish and English. Agents that make calls can also use Multiple languages.

What if someone doesn’t want to be called?

The agent agrees and ends the call. The Launch Gate tests this before a campaign can start.

Can I change an agent after it goes live?

Yes. Saving a change to a campaign’s agent pauses that campaign. If you changed the greeting, instructions, language or human follow-up, it must pass the Launch Gate again before you resume. On an agent that answers calls, saved changes reach callers when you choose Publish changes.

Can an agent book meetings?

Yes. Connect a calendar to the campaign, turn on Book meetings on the agent, and meetings land in that calendar. The agent offers free times. The lead gets a text message, and an email if their address is known.

What does the agent do if it reaches voicemail?

It leaves the Voicemail message on the agent, which you can change or remove. Without a message, it hangs up. The lead is tried again later, until the attempts run out.

What if someone asks to be called back?

With Schedule call-backs on, the agent agrees a time. The lead moves to Scheduled, and the campaign calls at that time. If the time is outside the calling window, it calls when the window next opens.

How do I hear the agent before it calls anyone?

Choose Talk to it to play the lead in your browser. Admins can also use Test call by phone, which rings their own phone. Test calls don’t book real meetings, except a browser test where you choose to create one.

Why did my campaign pause?

The campaign page and the Needs you card on Home say why. Usually the agent was saved. If the change needs a new Launch Gate pass, run it, then choose Resume calling. Other reasons are a missing company name, which you add in the agent’s settings, or numbers that can’t call, which Future Ready fixes.

Can I get a suggested script change?

Yes. Ask an admin to turn on the optimizer on a campaign, or mark a line in Conversations and choose Get a suggested change. You approve each change, unless the optimizer is set to Automatic.
