AI Outbound Caller

An AI that makes the outbound calls, in Norwegian

Every B2B team has a list of companies worth calling and no time to call it. Future Ready's outbound AI works that list in Norwegian, has a real conversation, and books the meeting straight into your calendar — and it tells the person it's an AI before anything of substance is discussed.

AI AGENT00:00

What it does

  • Calls in Norwegian

Bokmål, Norwegian working hours and public holidays. Built for the market.

  • Books inside the call

Reads your live calendar and writes the meeting in before hanging up.

  • Compliant by construction

Every answered call graded against a rubric; a breach pauses the campaign.

The list nobody gets to

Outbound is the work that loses every prioritisation argument. There's a list of good-fit companies, everyone agrees somebody should call it, and the calls don't happen — because the people who could make them are already in the meetings that exist. The result isn't a bad pipeline, it's an untouched one. An AI caller doesn't replace a salesperson; it works the part of the list a salesperson was never going to reach anyway.

Norwegian, not translated into Norwegian

A voice agent that sounds like a translated American script gets hung up on in the first ten seconds. This one speaks Bokmål, works Norwegian business hours, knows the Norwegian public-holiday calendar including the movable feasts around Easter, and sends its confirmations in Norwegian. The compliance model underneath is seeded for 27 EU markets, but what's delivered today is Norwegian-native — which is both the honest description and the more useful one.

It books the meeting, it doesn't sell

The agent has one job: find out whether there's a reason to talk further and, if there is, get it into the diary. It reads your real calendar availability mid-call, offers times that genuinely exist, and writes the meeting in before hanging up, then confirms by SMS (and by email where we already have the address). It will not quote a price or commit to terms on the phone. Book, don't sell, is a rule in the agent's instructions rather than a hope about how it behaves.

Compliance you can query, not just claim

The agent names itself and the company in its opening line, then — before anything of substance — says it's a KI-assistent, why it's calling, where the number came from, that the call is recorded, and that the person can ask not to be contacted again. Ask it directly whether it's a machine and it will never deny it; that one is enforced in every market. Before a campaign can start, the agent has to survive an adversarial simulation battery graded against a versioned rubric, and changing one word of its script voids the pass. Every answered call is then graded against that same rubric, and a confirmed breach pauses the campaign on its own. That turns “we're compliant” into a log you can query rather than an assertion you have to trust.

A campaign you can actually watch

Lead lists import from CSV with numbers normalised and opt-outs screened out on the way in. Calling windows, dial pacing and retry attempts are yours to set. Caller IDs rotate across a pool of real numbers and are never withheld — which is both the defensible position and the best protection against being flagged as spam. Afterwards you can listen back to any call with its transcript and its compliance verdict sitting next to it.

Questions we get asked

Does the AI admit that it's an AI?
It will never deny it — ask whether you're talking to a machine and it says yes. That one is graded in every market and cannot be switched off. It also volunteers that it's a KI-assistent in its opening exchange, before anything of substance is discussed; that disclosure is graded against each market's own transparency rules, which is why the rubric tracks them per market.
Is this legal to use for outbound sales calls?
The agent is built to the stricter end of what's expected: AI disclosure in the opening exchange before anything of substance is discussed, the commercial purpose stated plainly, the source of the number given, a recording notice, and an opt-out honoured on the spot and permanently. The EU AI Act's transparency duty applies in the EU from August 2026; Norwegian implementation lags via the EEA — KI-loven is still a draft — so it may not bite here on that date. We built to it anyway rather than waiting. What we can't do is advise you on your own list — how it was sourced and what sits behind it is a question for your counsel, and we'd expect you to have that answer before a campaign runs.
What happens when someone asks not to be called again?
They're suppressed immediately and permanently, and the suppression cascades to every other lead sharing that number. It's enforced in three separate places: when a list is imported, again at the moment of dialling, and once more after the call.
Can it hand over to a human?
Yes. A live transfer is available mid-call, and where there's interest but no good slot the agent schedules a callback instead of pushing for a booking that won't hold.
Does it work in languages other than Norwegian?
Norwegian is what's delivered today — the personas, the holiday calendar and the confirmations are all Norwegian. The compliance model is seeded for 27 EU markets plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the UK and Switzerland, so another market is a configuration exercise rather than a rebuild. We'd still rather tell you what runs now than what could.
