Future Ready AS respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR. For data we process on behalf of our customers, the customer is the controller and we act as their processor.
Who we are
Future Ready AS (org.nr. 920 845 932), Fjordveien 1, 1363 Høvik, Norway, operates this website and the Future Ready platform. For personal data on this website we act as the controller. For personal data inside the platform we act as a processor on behalf of the customer who engaged us.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect what you choose to give us:
- Your name, work email and any details you include in your message
- Basic, non-tracking request logs needed to serve and secure the site
How we use it
We use website data only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data inside the platform
When we process customer call data, sensitive information is automatically removed from every transcript before it is stored, processing happens only inside the EU, and conversations are never used to train AI models. The details are set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Where your data lives
All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union, in AWS Europe (Stockholm), eu-north-1. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU, with one limited exception: live audio during a voice-practice session is handled by a US provider under Standard Contractual Clauses, and the resulting recording and transcript are stored in the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep website enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you. Platform data follows the customer contract: data is exportable for 30 days after termination, deleted from production within 30 days after that, and purged from backups within 90 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise a right, email us. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and respond fully within 15 business days.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the vetted sub-processors needed to run the service, all under data protection agreements. The current list is on our Security page. We never sell your data.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
