The idea behind Future Ready was born out of the experience of our co-founder Lars and his time as a Head hunter. Having to learn sales the hard way he experienced how difficult it could be. This lead to the idea of Future Ready, a smart learning platform with personalized feedback. It took six months to develop the idea, find the first pilot customer and first round of funding. Now we are building a career changing learning experience.
