Why we built this
Quality teams could only ever listen to a handful of calls, and the coaching that followed rarely reached the moment that mattered. Global tools made it worse: they treated Norwegian and Swedish as an afterthought, translated to English first, and shipped the data out of the region. We built Future Ready to close that gap.
